PaysonArea Habitat for Humanity is accepting applications for housing in an open applicationperiod now through March 7, 2013.
Thisis an opportunity to own a home for approximately $500 per month, includingtaxes, insurance, and HOA dues. House payment varies depending on taxes andinsurance.  Habitat homes feature ano-interest 30-year mortgage, and low closing costs.
Severalresale condominium homes in Longhorn Village are currently available. 
Threebedroom, two-story homes are 1271 SF, and have two bathrooms.  Atwo-bedroom home is also available, at 878 SF, all on one level. All homes haveample closet space, washer-dryer hookups, and a small fenced backyard. Pets areallowed.

Applicantsmust have a steady income between 30 and 60 percent of the area median, havelived in the Payson High School District for at least one year, be willing topartner with Habitat in sweat-equity hours, and have a demonstrated need foraffordable housing.  To find out if your income falls within the range foryour household size, please contact our office at 928-474-0330 or stop bythe Habitat ReStore (on the corner of 87 and 260) for more information and anapplication packet.

AMANDATORY Orientation meeting will be held March 7, 2013 at the Payson UnitedMethodist Church.  To be considered for a home, applicants MUST attend theorientation.  Doors open at 6 PM; no onewill be admitted after 6:30 PM when the presentation starts.  Please arrange for childcare, as no one underage 18 will be admitted.
